Mapping the Body

The body is mapped to the feet, the hands and the ears.

Reflexology is...

...a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.

Reflexology Sessions

Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the related areas of the body.

Mapping the Body

The physical image of the body is mapped onto the feet in logical anatomical pattern; the toes represent the head and the heel of the foot corresponds to the pelvic region of the body.

The Charts

This is Reflexology Association of Canada's foot chart. Similar charts exist for the hands and ears.
