To elevate public consciousness about the many benefits of reflexology; network amongst ourselves and other health care professionals; share techniques and experiences; offer support and continuing education opportunities to our members.

Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the related areas of the body.
The physical image of the body is mapped onto the feet in logical anatomical pattern; the toes represent the head and the heel of the foot corresponds to the pelvic region of the body.
