Welcome!

The Montreal Chapter of Reflexology is a non-profit organization, founded in 1998, operating under the policies and guidelines of the Reflexology Association of Canada. Its members are professionally trained and certified practitioners, or those undergoing training for professional qualification.

The Montreal Chapter has evolved into a vibrant, bilingual organization and we are proud partners of a dynamic group of RAC Reflexologists across Canada who are committed to the awareness and promotion of reflexology in their communities.

Mission

Our mission is to elevate public consciousness about the many benefits of reflexology, network amongst ourselves and other health care professionals, share techniques and success stories and to offer support and ongoing education to our members by inviting speakers to do workshops in related areas.

The wrist is composed of 8 tarsal bones. Then there are 5 metacarpal bones, followed by the 14 phalanx in each hand. So... you have 27 bones in each of your hands, one more than in your foot.
